Details
SMT provided a mobile monitoring kit to remotely monitor the drying of a flooded basement. Easily setup by the water technician on site, the kit included sensors to monitor the moisture level in the wood and the effectiveness of the dehumidifiers used on site.
The use of the kit saved daily trips to a location over 2 hrs away as the water technician was able to login online and track the drying process. Once the basement had fully dried, SMT provided the restoration company with a detailed report including graphs for each sensor location, start and finish moisture levels and a corresponding image.
